I am helping for my friend looking for potential buyer to assume her House and Lot in St. Dominic Townhouse located at sudtunggan, basak, lapu2 city.

House and Lot Details

2 BEDROOMS
1 TOILET AND BATH
1 CARPORT
LOT AREA - 40 SQ.M.
FLOOR AREA - 54 SQ.M.

12 months equity = paid
monthly amortization on pagibig= 7,790.00

She is asking the assume amount of 300,000 (legal fees, move in fees, installation fees on water and electric included).

the 300,000 includes everything..transfer of title and everything..you can move in anytime...
