I really agree with you on this one. I believe that there was no rape happened. The girl allowed it to be in the first place because she was invited and she goes with them. I am positive that she is one of the girls na "easy girl", who goes with men easliy even they just got to know with each other that night.
I am not into pro-America though but what she fight for is not representing the Philippines. Her lawyer and the supporting NGO's, who is anti-Americans (foreigns) instill it to our minds through media that they are fighting for the Philippines when in fact, a girl who always stays in place like bars and drinks with men and goes with them alone by herself, does not represents a good citizen. That is what they are fighting for that representatives.
This case could just endanger the lives of Filipinos in America or in other countries.
