Starting an RTW business!

Hi guys!

I desperately need your advice on how to start an RTW business and where can I buy cheap clothing. My starting capital is around 5k-10k. I am looking for a supplier who can give me cheap but good quality items. I want to start my business strong and competitive in comes of style and price so I can sell my items fast.
