    Default Cohen Diet Recipes


    Hi, a friend of mine recommended me this diet. But when we talked about the price, 55,000 iya nagasto. She cooks her own food everyday she's now small from xl. As in gamay na jud kaau siya. Tried checking google for recipes since I don't eat rice napud ingredients are very hard to find here sa Cebu.perhaps naa naka suway ninyo ani and wants to share please share. I'm currently losing weight but want to try this. thanks daan acquaintance actually mi so nauwaw sad ko ask recipes hehehe

    You dont need to drastically change your diet or spend much money on fab diets. My suggestion to you is that you is that you need to increase you metabolism. HOW?? Im also trying to lose weight myself coz im overweight and ironically im the field of medicine.

    You just need to eat a balanced diet. Eating lots of Veggies and fruits, avoid red meat at all cost!!! Fish and chicken is enough to sustain the protein needs of your body. Avoid oily foods. Decrease you carbohydrate intake and lastly STOP drinking soft drinks, juices and iced teas, they are just flavoured-water, so to say.

    Personally I eat 6 times a day. Thats right 6 times a day. Eating 6 small meals a day increases your metabolism instead of eating 3 big meals a day. Because this way of eating stabilizes your blood sugar levels and your body is in a more constant state of digesting. Meaning, your body has always something to do.

    And last but not the least, im sorry to say this....EXERCISE.hehehe..nothing beats a good sweat!
