7am-5pm shift for

Our company is expanding rapidly and we need an experienced HR personnel (at least 1 year) to compensate for our manpower needs.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
• Must have at least 1 year experience in handling HR and administrative responsibilities
• Has sound grasp and knowledge in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations and performance management.

Skills:

• Must be well-oriented with Microsoft Office applications and other computer skills.
• Excellent in oral and written communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Accuracy and efficiency in completing documents
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Attitudes/Behaviors:

• Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Strong commitment and dedication to finish the job on time
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• Result-oriented and highly analytical
• Self-starter, detail oriented, highly organized and pro-active
• Honest and with high regard for integrity
