did anyone care to watch this movie? what do you think about the story?

i thought the movie's plot is nice, quite unique. i've been waiting for this movie for so long. i just love nicole kidman so i couldn't miss this one out. that was why i got irritated that country mall phased it out after one day and replaced it with the movie kiliti. anyway, i watched it yesterday at SM cinema 5.

the movie itself is totally weird however the mix of mystery, drama and humor is something that i don't get in most films that's why i think it is still a nice and worthwhile movie to watch amidst the hyper that people are experiencing towards other popular movies today. the thing i'm curious about is why it was a rated R movie in the official website and why it's just PG-13 here. there's nothing really sexual about the movie. there was this scene when sean (cameron bright) bravely walks inside the tub naked with anna (nicole kidman) and i was a bit taken aback thinking what could've happened but then again, i thik the movie handled it well so as to prevent disgust from the audience.

i do think that cameron bright is as effective on screen as dakota fanning.

i'd recommend it to anyone looking for a nice intelligent treat. 8/10.

I have been waiting for this movie too..i thought it's going to be a 2 week run.. unfortunately... it is no longer showing... got to buy some P!*td VCD's. tsk.
