Stuck in Activation Page

Need help here

I'm using a wireless router TENDA W316R. It was working fine for a couple of days but suddenly, ni stop lang siya og work yesterday. New router diay ni, wala ko ka experience ani sa ako old router. Kalit lng jd dli mo work. I'm stuck in activation page. After nako mag input sa activation info kay balik na pd ko sa same page.

If e bypass nako ang router kay mu naa man internet connection, i tried using my laptop and still dli ghapon mo work.

Need your help mga maayu ni ani.

activation page sa imo ISP? unsa di imo ISP bro

if activation page sa ISP and the ISP is Smartbro, i would not be surprised.
ng reset ko ug router sa akong mom's connection 10am to 1pm ko sigi retry sa activation

bro sa tenda router na page di imo psabot? pls check sa advanced settings, tan-awa if nkakuha ba ka WAN ip. mu redirect gyd na cya sa router na page if wala kay makuha na ip sa imo ISP

Nag libog ko bro about wa WAN IP, WAN MAC man gd naa sa advance settings.
