not necessarily. kay di mansad mang hatag ug puppy kung kibaw ka di alagaan ug tarung kay its not a cheap gift. dont generalize lang kay naa mansad uban nga puppy na gi gift spoiled mangi kaayu. e ask langsad inyu hatagan kung unsa dog inyu e gift. basin chihuahua iya ganahan nya bisaya gi hatag. haha ofcourse di jud na alagaan kay di man nya feel ang dog. just my 2 cent
