Post office in cebu- need help

Guys i need help, nagpadala ko ug documents, from US to Philippines, sa UPS store nako gpa dala pero ila gipa agi ug USPS (US post office), now expected cya ma abot 6-10 days ( global priority mail ), karon its been 12 days na pero wala pa ma-abot, i have the tracking# pero ingon ang USPS ang tracking# kay international mao dili nila ma track.

- usually door-to-door ba ang delivery ana?
- if the receiver wants to follow the package asa pwede cya mo contact na post office?

I'm not sure if this applies to documents too but padad-an raka ana ug memo to pick up your package from their post office mismo (near fort san pedro) Pero based on experience ila ra mahatag ang memo by about a week after nadawat nila imong package, so I suggest adto nalang jud sa office and ask if pwede na nimo ma pick up imong package. They may ask for the tracking number na gihatag sa USPS so have that at the ready as well.
