    Default Thermal Paste Suggestions

Recommend me a thermal paste that is locally available in Cebu.
*It must not dry up as fast as what I have read about the TX3 and TX4s TIM.
*It must not be electrically conductive., since ATI gpu core is an expose core.
*It must have a good price to performance ratio.

your expertise and humble opinions are highly welcome.
please no selling in this thread.

Artic Silver Ceramique tingali has the least conductivity pero wala man siguro diris cebu. Next option nimo is either Prolimatech PK-1 or Artic Silver 5.
