Anyone here familiar with CD-R King's return policy ?

My sister asked for a PC gamepad form CD-R King ayala, and they gave her the Playstation gamepad which costs P250 and she didnt know it was for the Playstation,So to make it short anyone know if mo sugot raba ang CDR-King pa ilisan ni into a PC game pad controller or a full refund ? ganina ning 10PM gi palit.

@earlz: naa ko nasundan sa CDR-King (SM branch) nag pa-ilis sa iyang napalit nga cartridge kay sayop ang product number..
dli kuno mo sakar sa cartridge carrier mao iyang gi pa-ilisan. ni replace ra man sila.. talk lang sulay sa mga sales lady.

Basta sa SM ka dritso, naa man kaha nay warranty ug receipt. Pwede tingali ang ilis pero naa lang ka idungag, but refund, i think not.

I got a call from CDR-King sa SM ganina, they asked me about my problem since ni email man ko nila if pwede ba mag pa ilis ug item diritso sa SM instead of ayala and the sales rep told me nga dalhon lang ang unit sa SM then they are reserving the replacement for me.. alteast naay after sales service ang CDR-King which surprised me.

anyways ni-confirm nmn ang cdr for a replacement so ok nana...

first nako gipalit kay baratohon nga headset, wala pud nako pa testing...75pesos man tingali to.
pag abut sa balay...basag man ang left speaker. after two days nakalugar ko, ako gi pailisan ug lain nga brand nga mas mahal, 120pesos man tingali.

pag abut sa balay, ang mike na pud ang dili motingog...pero tingog man pag testing.
pagka ugma, balik ko SM. This time, kadto nga tag 150pesos na pud ako gi pailis, add lang ko sa pila ang difference. testing, ok man ang sound ug ang mic.

pag abut sa balay, dili gihapon mo work ako mic...hehehe guba diay ako mic jack sa ako sound card.
