U have to come up a profit sharing scheme. It depends who will be the industrial partner or capitalist partner or both. It depends as well on the amount of capital invested and/or the amount of time rendered. Much better if u have a log book on all the transactions most especially for cash flows.

U must have trust on each other and be transparent all the time!

Dapat transparent jud both parties sa income/profit/expenses para dili mo abot sa point nga magubot kay dili sakto pagbahin ang kwarta.

Dapat magsabot mo pila iyang share kay igo ra man siya mo invest nya ikaw man ang mo manage.
