what dreams do u mean?? do u mean when he/she is sleeping or is it he has a dreams in his/her life??

if he/she is sleeping, then he/she can dream. if the blind has dreams in his/her life, it would be a dream that he/she can have a gift of SIGHT. :mrgreen:

wa pa ko nakapangutana sa usa ka tawu nga buta since birth, but i strongly believe that they too have dreams. maybe not visual dreams, but more like feeling dreams and auditory dreams and for sure wet dreams.
