How to be accepted?
BE QUALIFIED and WORTHY for the job !!!!
If you really know the job you're applying for then you should know what it takes.
And if you truly believe you have what it takes then you shouldn't have any worries or doubts
bagging this said job.

I hate to be an @ss but if you truly feel you are worth hiring then you're the only one who can provide your own answers to this
I just wish the hiring manager or person wouldn't cross path with this thread of your's and recognize you during the interview
