i tried it for cutting phase as supplementary protein source kay low sugar ug carbs... for me it was satisfactory but not impressive, sayon ra imix with just using a spoon, ang taste kay murag cocoa n wlay sugar but ok jud xa if wla kay budget to spend like 2k+ on the spot...but still depends unsaon nimo pag gamit or ang reaction sa imoha...
