First photo used a Canon EF 300mm f/2.8L IS USM.

Second photo used a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM.

The Canon EF 500mm f/4L IS USM would be too slow for the lighting condition at Rizal Memorial Sports Stadium.

At f/2.8 I was forced to slow my shutter to 1/800 because I was pushing ISO 3200 on the 7D.
