Hi guys, just wanna ask if naa ba mo kibaw nga companies here in cebu nga nag mass termination or daghan ang gipang taktak sa company recently. really appreciate any response guys. thanks

kailangan mi mu interview sa HR management nila para sa among project. we have to ask them about why nag retrench and how were they able to handle or recover from retrenchment.

the term mass termination is a no no no.
they now call it, REDUNDANCY.

if you got the "pink slip" what's inside is an offer to accept the meaning of REDUNDANCY with a price tag.
either you take it or allow yourself to be in a "floating status" or they will assign you to a branch or region or area where you dont like to go in the guise of "you have the potential to excel..ek ek ek"

if there is no mass termination or no redundancy program...they also have "forced leave or forced vacation" of course that is without pay...hehehe
