Need your advice RE: Iphone 4

a friend of mine selling his Iphone 4 16GB black for only 600 sgd (around 19,800 pesos). 1 sgd = 33 pesos

but the story was: sometime last October 2011, my friends iphone 4 nagka problem with the HOME BUTTON. so he decided to go to apple store to check for repair. He knows that the warranty was about to expire na. Then luckily the apple store replace him a brand new unit but no more warranty coz November 2011 raman kutob jd ang warranty sa iyang defective iphone 4.

He showed me everything including the box and the receipt for unit replacement.

Actually he sells it for 650 sgd and na hangyo nako 600 sgd. ok rapud niya.
RFS niya is naka buy na sya Samsung galaxy II

I saw the unit and i know it's brand new but no more warranty. so is it reasonable to buy the unit? thanks in advance for your advices.

ok rana oi. total kasagaran iphone e jailbreak man gihapon ba. then diba ma void man ang warranty kung e jailbreak?
