[headset] Razer vs Sennheiser. Which has better clarity?

Which has better sound quality (clarity) between these 2 brands:
(1) Razer, or
(2) Sennheiser?

I am hard of hearing, so I don't care much for bass.
What's important for me is clarity (crispiness) of voice.

I also prefer headset-types.
In-ear is a big no-no for me.

For Razer, I'm currently looking at Orca (or possibly Carcharias).
For Sennheiser, <please recommend>

Budget is 3-4K, but might consider up to 5K if it's really, really good.

Just to summarize this thread (up to 2011-11-22),
most of you have recommended Sennheiser.

For Music / Movies: Use 2.1 - Sennheiser
For Games: Use 5.1 Surround - Razer (though I think Sennheiser would still be a good choice)

Sennheiser....lahi ra ug sound quality, lahi ra ug build...its made to last...very professional even the low end ones mapa in-ear or over the ear...

Are you not open to other brands bai? Also, do you prefer closed or open type cans? Basing on your budget, I can recommend the Superlux HD661 or 662f (closed type cans and more on the neutral side)although you can't get wrong with a px100-II (available in GI last time i checked) though it might be too bassy for you. Also, try to look up on the AKG K518 or Grados cause it seems that you like agressive sound signatures
