STARTING SALARY:
10,000 per month for qualified applicant

You will be working with and reporting to the Sales & Customer Service Supervisors. You will need to accomplish assigned tasks on a daily basis whilst maintaining accuracy. You will be dealing with sensitive customer financial information, which must be handled with utmost confidentiality and precision. Your role is vital in commencing an error-free production process.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • Preferably a graduate of any Secretarial course or Office Administration
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in administrative tasks and data entry
  • Must be well-oriented with Microsoft Office applications

Skills:
  • Very high accuracy and efficiency in completing forms/documents
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent in oral and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Attitudes/Behaviors:
  • Strong commitment and dedication to finish the job on time
  • Willing to work overtime when necessary
  • Result-oriented and highly analytic
  • Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
