bro ive already coordinated with them the network team of pldt said nga wala silay facility or direct connection ad2ng networklayer nga network node weird kau unya ang nakabutang sa contrata,nga direct peering na kay verizon, sprint

sakto na bro, kay lain man mosalo ana from HK. SG or Japan. Then sa routing na nila daugon. kung ang latency is less than 50ms naka direct peer ka ana sa US, meaning less hops imong connections.

Unsa may mga nindot nga paagi ani bro kay kung diri ko sa Local mag traceroute padung sa US 22 Hops jud bagu mu abot sa kad2ng node sa US

pero kung gikan ko US mo traceroute iya hatag 16 hops ra pero ang latency sad niya perting dakua 200-400 ms unsay mga angay solution ani bro? kuha og ISP nga nay direct peer gyud tanan network nodes or ISP's sa US?

mao ra na bro mag depende lang kung unsa'ng klase nga service imo gikuha...

typical example ingon ani bro:

Philippine Telco naa ni sila fiber going to HK then sa HK naa pud Fiber ang Verizon/AT&T and other big name Telco's going to US Mainland. So nahulog ang peering nila naa sa HK.

So typical circuit sa IPL ingon ani:

Cebu Telco - To - Manila - to - HK - to - US
