Please change the title of this thread. Carcar is now a Heritage City, just yesterday, senate passed the bill for Carcar and Bogo to be included as Cebu's newest cities.

I haven't been in Bogo but I've been in Carcar many, many times and I think Carcar really deserves its new title as Heritage City. Congratulations sa tanan nga taga Carcar! Labi na sa mga taga Carcar nga istoryans, di ba kyuusai?
