i took chelated zinc before. kanang gi baligya sa healthy options. It supposedly raises T levels but didnt feel anything different and i had no way to measure it.
Wala ra pud effect sa ako acne.

The side effects kay when i take it at night, it will take a bucket of water to wake me up. the sleep is really deep and I wake up with dulled senses and still very sleepy hehehe.
The worst side effect was lethargy which I thought at that time was severe depression, good thing i googled and found a link between zinc supplementation and lethargy.

My dosage was one half capsule per night that caused the lethargy. and reduced it to one half cap twice a week nalang para mahurot.

I think its best and easiest way is to wash daily all the body and wash out the hands and face....

ako daghan ako gi take..gi apply..pero duha ra ang na ipiktibo sa ako.a... 1st ag pag apply ng eskinol oil control with olive oil with antibacterial fighting agent...katung green... tapos NEVER TOUCH YOUR FACE... kay ag normal flora s hands nato kay d makaya s normal flora s ato face...mao na mostly kung aha ka usually mag kupot example s nose didto pud ag pimples... :P
