I am looking for a female student or young professional who can occupy my condo unit located in 3rd Floor 148 Residences Pelaez St., Cebu City, walking distance to University of San Carlos, University of Cebu and University of the Visayas. Please read the conditions below: * No contract of stay is required.
* The room is good for 4 persons at php 4, 000 a month each person. Exclusive of electricity and water bills (subdivided by the tenants occupied) and inclusive of monthly condo dues.
* I will be providing the 2 double decks with matresses and pillow, 1 set of dining table ( 4 chairs ), Split type airconditioner, Flat screen television, electric kettle, rice cooker, refrigerator and cabinets.
* The condo unit has a private bath, own kitchen sink, finished with tile flooring and provisioned garbage disposal.
* It has a fast elevator, 24 hrs security guard, CCTV system, fire alarm, fire exits, sprinkler system, standby generator, lobby and reception areas.
* The room is located in the corner unit so you can also use the available space if you want to study or stay in a fresh open air.
* Parlor, coffee shop and 24 hrs convenience store (711) is located in the ground floor.
Requirements:
1. 2 Valid ID's
2. Contact Number, Home address and contact number of parents for students
3. 1 month deposit and 1 month advance ( the deposit will be given upon the end of stay)
4. Signing of legal contract
**** We are not so strict when it comes to monthly payment cause I too is a parent and also has a daughter who is in school. We can talk and we can find ways.
