Anyone who already went to South Korea? Please share experiences and tips... might go there within the autumn time frame .. your knowledge and help are sincerely appreciated

What part of South Korea? hmmm...autumn time is good but spring is magical for me.....make sure to be there when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom......and South Korea is really expensive....so i recommend that you just buy souvenirs but don't do any shopping there....except to those items not available in the Philippines....for the food......they are into spicy foods....im talking about food drench with red hot chili pepper sauce!......visit the traditional korean village......korean buddhist temple......jeju island.....everland (Just like hongkong disneyland).......commute during ur visit......their transport system is very efficient....

thanks for the fyi yup.. have no plans to shop in south korea except for their bb creams and cosmetics hehehe... i will be in seoul only, it would be great to see jeju island but have no budget but will try to visit nami island as well because of the fall colors, if i have time.
yup i have my list of the pllaces to visit but can you recommend a good place to stay within seoul area preferably. thanks!

FYI for those interested to travel in S. Korea.. called the consulate in Cebu and they said they dont process visas here in cebu, sadness..

its either you go to manila for visa application which you dont need to pay anything (getting the visa) or magpaasikaso nalang ka diri sa cebu for a korean visa sa travel agency which may cost you.. will post additional info once I processed it pero dugay dugay pa man sad tong travel time nako
