kana kung daghan ka ug mga applications nga gipang install nga mo run inig start up.

try to disable ang walay gamit. or adto nlng nimo gamiton kung needed na gyud.

also run maintenance on your harddrive. bad sectors is one of the cause.

also sa bios enable S.M.A.R.T. and 32 bit transfer.

boot load times can be tricky to measure and quantify but kung para nako, mas fair kung both fresh install then wala kay laing gipang install except drivers unya wala pud kay gi tweak sa startup (normal startup after a fresh windows installation)...

pde pud nimo gamiton ang adminitstrative tools nga built in to actually measure windows loading times (murag ang sugod sa count kanang i load na ang kernel guro)...

you're bound to get some latency at boot up, this is normal, 6-7 seconds is not a lot. not even uncommon to your hard drive which is green, the black edition would've given you the maximum performance for a mechanical hard drive. however, if you want to get rid of this completely, switch to an SSD.

yah murag normal ra man ang 6-7secs. nag uban kay 20-30secs. try start > type MSCONFIG sa search then enter > click startup tab > uncheck lang mga dli needed then apply and click ok/close and reboot

Maraming factors kung ngano ni ana...even 2 pcs with the exact same specs mo-lain gyud ang results especially when talking about 4 seconds...

Kanang 500gb sa 1st ug 2nd rig pareho ba na? Or yung boot drive ng 2nd rig is sa 1tb? One factor might be nang HDD.

i dunno, ang 1st rig nako bisan karon same raman ug boot time 6-7secs rajud.. nya ang isa nag fresh install ko, mo dagan man japon ug 10 secs huhuh.. yep, same brand ang mga hdd, ug mas taas ang new rig nako which isa 1tb.. i will try to use another hdd or i might swap sa 500gb as my primary hdd.

    thanks guys!!

ngano critical man kaayo ang boot times nmo? if u really nid faster booting, try having SSD as system/OS drive. daghan factors maka affect sa boot times, including hardware configurations bios settings and software installed. the more hardware to initialize, the longer OS will load...
