    POSITION LOCATION:
    InFocus Multimedia and Business Solutions
    3/F A.D. Gothong I.T. Center
    Bgy. Subangdaku, Manadue City Cebu 6014 Philippines

    InFocus Multimedia and Business Solutions is a new subsidiary of a multinational company that will be a fast rising business process outsourcing company that is devoted to delivering exceptional service and workmanship to our internal and external cliental.     You will be responsible in assisting and will be reporting directly to the Finance & Administration Manager. You must be able to complete reports and process documents in a very timely manner. You must also be able to interact with people effectively in fulfilling the tasks needed for the position. The role will promote efficiency, organization, and productivity in the company, which are vital for expansion and development.

    Knowledge & Experience:
    • Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
    • Must have at least 1 year experience in handling HR and administrative responsibilities
    • Has sound grasp and know-how in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations and performance management
    • Must have experience in processing government requirements such as SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and BIR


    Skills:
    • Must be well-oriented with Microsoft Office applications and other computer skills.
    • Excellent in oral and written communication
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Accuracy and efficiency in completing documents
    • Excellent interpersonal skills


    Attitudes/Behaviors:
    • Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
    • Strong commitment and dedication to finish the job on time
    • Willing to work overtime when necessary
    • Result-oriented and highly analytical
    • Self-starter, detail oriented, highly organized and pro-active
    • Honest and with high regard for integrity
