Pay is good!
If you work for 4 hours a day, you can actually earn P10,800 or more!!!
Basic rate will/can increase w/ good performance, along with incentives.
They have qualifications for the position though, but if you're qualified you can work anytime.
Flexi hours---you can work 1 hr up to 5 hours a day anytime between 5pm-12mn (weekdays) and 8am-11am plus 5pm-12mn (weekends)
It's up to you if you will work on that day or not.
25 minutes per student
you teach them basic grammar/English
most of them prefer free conversation/article discussion (which will be provided)
