Graphic Designer
(minimum of one year contract)

looking for a capable mid-weight graphic designer with at least 5 years experience wanted for our boutique design/production studio.

This role requires you to work through a virtual environment (under the nurturing eye of a creative director) to manage a busy work load. We do small things and big things. Projects are as varied as the clients.

The successful applicant must be:

+ Easy going and friendly with a positive attitude.

+ Able to communicate well, both verbally and on paper.

+ Reliable (ie will turn up to work on time, every time).

+ Organised with the ability to juggle many balls, and get a job over the line (no matter what).

+ A fast operator. After 5 years your technical ability and speed should be up to scratch.

+ Proficient in Adobe photoshop, illustrator, Indesign, Flash and Dreamweaver. Experienced in both print and multimedia with knowledge in actionscript and basic HTML.

Virtual Assistants/Call Center Agents

. Can speak close to, or with American accent
. Excellent English written and speaking skills
. Preferably with extensive call center experience (at least 2 years)


IT Support

Fresh Grad
· Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
· Replacing parts as required;
· Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
· Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
· Willing to work on a shifting schedule and on extended hours

With one to two years IT support experience, above qualifications plus
· Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
· Providing support, including procedural documentation;
· Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
· Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
· Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
· Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
· Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time;
· Testing and evaluating new technology;
· Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone
