Worst experience @ Golden City (IT)

I just want to share my experience last night at Golden City @ IT park..

1. The service is SO slow (waited 10mins for a waiter to give us the menu and another 5mins for the waiter to notice that our hands are raised-up to get our orders) with a VERY PLEASING WAITRESS(DUHHHH)
2. It took around 20-30mins for our food to be served - (thinking that this is a dimsum restaurant, it should be fast and there are no one eating but us, everyone around was just drinking beers)
3. Food finally arrive - Sorry for the language but it really looks Sh**,
- steamed rice (very dry)
- Siomai (very dry, litterally - to think, its STEAMED
-fried wanton(very soft and hard NOT crispy)(worst taste ever)

WORST OF IT - it took them 30 mins for them to serve the food and when the food arrive we were expecting that the food is HOT, but its the other way around, damn..
- We only have ate 1/4 of the steamed rice, 1pc shiomai and half of the fried wanton.
(my gf told me - e balot nato kai para e hatag sa mga street children, i just simply told her - "its not worth to give" - that is how bad their food is.tsk
-ive even asked the waitress wen i paid, if the food is new - waitress said YES with a very defensive tone(which obviously just means that they know that it is NOT and says "naa jui nakabantay nga dili bago amo pagkaon dah"

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. TSK
WE HAVE TO EAT TO OTHER RESTAURANT JUST TO EAT


Share lang ko, this might help you guys, but if ganahan mo sa taste sa ila food, i respect you and good luck with it.....

i thought i was the only one who had a bad experience with that place. not much on the service the wait staff was fine.
that steam rice gave my sister diarrhea. and i can vouch that siomai being dry and funky from the smell alone there is no doubt how old that siomai was. it really was that bad and to think we were there a few weeks after it opened expecting the food was acceptable.

mao lage bai, sayang jud kau, ga dala ko sa akong DSLR, ka palpak nlng jud nko nga na timingan na bago ra jud na hurot ang bat.sayang kau....

kanang mga kananan diha sa IT park either bad service or bad ang food.. i wonder why, that is why I avoid going to that place... the environment there is a piece of sh*T..

hehe really? wa pa nuon ko ka try ana though, maybe u can put specific restaurants para mahibawan sad.ehe
but ang golden city jud pina ka worst when it comes to food, first time i have ever tasted that kind of food in a reputable place.

i had a bad experience there too. we waited very long for the food, ok lang unta if puno or daghan nag eat but that time 3 tables ra ang occupied. and when our food finally arrived, la jud kwenta. the beefsteak looks so dry, murag dugay na to nga food and gi init ra nila. even the siomai was so dry, klaro kaayo old stock. no wonder wala jud tao mu eat dinha. never will i be eating there again, bahala libre.. not worth it!
