ive been winding to have a tatoo , more of cosmetic tatoo to cover-up a scar/mole...

and im a registered nurse with hopes of going abroad..

can any one enlighten me on this regard?

in my case, cosmetic siya.. kay naa koy scar.. sa may chest area .. ako tabunan ug cool tatoo ba... sakit man daw kaayo ang chest. pero k ra na mwala ra/
