I recently purchased a preselling townhouse unit in Raphael Homes Biasong Talisay. I'm looking for someone to assume it cuz 'm not sure if i can be granted a loan since wa pko sure when ko balik sign on for ship.

hi im a sis hehehe i would prefer cash..total equity is 330k. i paid 270k mao na ako paulian nya naa remaining 60k kmo na byad sa developer aron ma loan na nnyo ang remaining balance na 1.320M.
