How to get there:

From Cebu to Butuan : you can take a boat (Nasipit butuan) then a landtrip going to Lianga Surigao del sur less than 2 hours

I have been to lianga, and it's really a beautiful place, especially the beaches beyond the magrove forests. Pero malayo sya tsong. Di lang two hours from butuan, more like 3-4 hours (on private vehicle), more on puv.

3-4 hours if you take the regular road but if you take the short cuts 2 - 3 hours.
