Has managed QA/QC requirements, implementation and maintenance of the quality management system, construction project procedures and contracts. Conducts internal auditing on different department within the company.
Required Skills: Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008 standards. Broad knowledge on construction and inspection best practices. Ability to identify and intervene in problem areas, well developed problem solving skills. Fluency in written/spoken English, Computer literacy. Working knowledge, AutoCAD and project planning software preferable.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. With at least 7 yrs. minimum experience, 5 years in quality control duties. Supervise and direct on-site personnel involved in QC work, technical direction of activities and resolution of problem areas and/or questions. Prepare QA/QC plan / procedures as per purchase/contract requirements.
Required Skills: Reads/interpret drawings/specification, Knowledge in National and International Codes and Standards, Fluency in written/spoken English, Computer literate. Knowledge on AutoCAD and project planning software preferable.

Job #4: Safety Manager (1)
Bachelor’s degree in Safety/engineering or related field (or equivalent experience), at least 10 yrs. minimum experience in the field of Construction, Health and Safety, including some supervisory experience, 5 years in safety related activities. Will be able to provide expertise and technical assistance to project management for the implementation of company and customer safety policies by establishing and managing a safety program that meets or exceeds all current standards.
Required Skills: Able to develop and implement project specific safety, health, loss prevention and hazard identification training programs. Extensive knowledge in safety regulations and reporting procedures. Ability to oversee safety for large construction projects, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations. Computer literacy.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) equivalent, at least 7 yrs. minimum experience, 4 years in safety related activities. Coordinate implementation of the company safety polices, Safety Management System and Project/location specific Safety Management Plans and the respective client’s safety requirements.
Required Skills: Able to conduct focused briefings/meetings to all levels of safety management. Train people on safety issues and abidance of all staff on safety regulations and safety polices. Must also demonstrate the ability to effectively execute and manage complex tasks. Excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
