its good to know that a foreigner like you loves to stay here in the Philippines, particularly in Cebu and never got tired in loving a Filipina.

Do not rush into falling with a woman, don't get too much involved at first not until you are so sure it is really her that you wanted.

For starters, your selection process is not bad too, you haven't said you met someone in a bar.
Then I'll have to advise you about girls at the mall, they are not what they seem, especially SM.
Let's just say the number of foreign old guys hanging out multiplied to 50, is the number of girls that just see you as a walking VISA. Yes, they are that many.

For me, you can start in a more professional environment, the IT Park for example, is filled with women with better outlooks in life. The types that don't rely on marriage with an old man or foreigner.
I don't know if they would be your type physically, but I think you will agree that girls there would probably make for better conversations.
