PC HANGS when putting DVD or CD into DRIVE

mga bro's, unsay remedy ani? mu hang jud ako PC ug mag butang na ug any CD or DVD. i tried changing drives, its still the same. i also tried reinstalling the OS, same ra ghapon. bag-o ra jud ni na problem sa PC nako....

basin pirated pud ang CD/DVD nga imong giinsert... (usually happens for POpcoRNS)

giunsa man pud nimo pag install sa OS? using this Rom? Kay kung mao na, ok ra ang Rom...

SONY. karon ra man ni siya na problem. i was able to install games pa gud prior to this problem... mu read siya if i-insert daan ang CD/DVD before mu boot sa windows.

Ug dugay dugay nani na PC try to check the PSU 12Volts rail ug ok paba?

mo detect man kaha sa imo mobo if dli gani.. check the jumper setting. if master ba ang isa or slave.. na ra na sa luyo sa imong cd-rom. or try installing new ide cables...

busted CD-DRIVE if it freezes for all disc you may insert... or the DISC is "hard to read" thats why it takes the system to freeze also.

could be also busted ide / power cable.

i experience that, its busted ide cables or drive...sometimes it wont continue loading even it will dtect the hard drive in you hard drive cmos detection.

my hardware is new. just encountered this problem for the first time. thanks for replyn though mga bro's.

which hardware is new? the drive? if so basin dili kaya sa imo PSU. have encountered this before. P3 pa to na time. ako gipun-an og combo drive na sony ako existing Asus na drive. everytime mu-insert ko og cd on both drive muhang or restart ang PC. labi na jud kung magburn. ako giilisan og ANS na 350 watts P4 ready na PSU na ok siya.

OT: Now i'm using Task 450 watts on Athlon 64 in SLI board.
