as far as i know this houses build on 54 sqm lot having an
floor area of 66 sqm....how come that your house has 110sqm?...
do you have a floor plan which state the 110 sqm....
if so, kindly up this here for clarification...
i think 110 sqm cannot be for the simple reason that if the house
occupied the whole lot (which is not the case anyway) and you have 2 storey house, it would end up
with not more then 108 sqm (54 sqm x 2)...

i know it's 2 storey...and i think you didn't get my point....
you corrected it now to 108 sqm....that would be only the case if the
whole lot of 54 sqm is occupied with the house and 2 storey...in that case you could get an floor area of max. 108 sqm.....but the lot is not fully occupied with the house structure as you can see in the pic....there is
still space on the lot with no structure like for a car etc....
these 2 storey houses in winfield subdivision were offered with 54 sqm lot and 66 sqm floor area...so, kindly check your records carefully and
clarify it....

actually i was thinking about this property....i live in argao and before
i go to conslacion (100 km) i would like to clear things up...
you, as an advertiser, should check the papers and clarify things...
i really doubt that it is 110 sqm...100 sqm would be also ok for me...
but if it is really only 66 sqm, and i believe it is coz all these houses on 54 sqm lots are two storey with floor area of 66 sqm, that would make a lot of difference to me...kindly contact the owner and clear things up...
