The correct RAM setup

sa LGA775 kay mas ok daw ang duha ka 1gb ram compare to single 2gb ram.

akung question, kay does it applies on the new platform?
since ddr3 na ta karon, how to set it up correctly? is it ok to go single 4gb or mas better ang 2x2gb? sa performance. thanks

bro,ok rana 4gb in 1 stick at least in the future naa ka option kung mag add ka into 8gb,but remeber bro kung mag 4gb ka tapos 32 bit lng imo OS dli na ma recognize sa imo system na 4gb ka ky ang 32 bit is marecognize nya until 2gb memory lng..pro mag 64bit ka marecognize na imo 4gb..

kung isa rka ka stick den maguba dili na nimo magamit imong pc.. whereas kung duha ka stick if matabla ang isa ka ram mo boot ra japon imong pc..

price wise..lets say price sa 1 stick estimated lng ha more or 800 per stick sa 2gb 2x2gb so 1600,but in a 1 stick 4gb estimated price lng 1100-1200...at this point nka save nka,tapos sure ka na 1 yr warraty pjud..dba?plus kun 2 stick, double ang imo energy consumption another expenses...hehehe..!!!in terms of performance bsan pa ug 2 sticks na 2gb imo pro kung imo OS 32 bit lng dli japon na irecognize na 4gb ka,so hinay japon useless ang 4gb nmu,install ka ug 64 bit pra ma reach nmu ang performance sa 4gb..

if you want to save then go for 4g but if perfromance imo gustp just make sure lng na 64bit imo OS then go to 2x2g
