how long have u been on this diet?
how heavy is your "heavy" meal?
also what is your lifestyle like? do u excercise?
its been almost 3 weeks. i dont really exercise. i'm always on my computer working.
maybe once or twice a month mag swimming.
bro e apil sa imo daily routine ang exercise arun ma bawasan jud ka ug timbang.dn inom ug c-lium maka tabang kaau nah 100% fiber.ako from 164lbs to 157bls naku karun.

im no expert but it sounds like your diet is ok already. just make sure you're getting enough protein and also vitamins and minerals. other than that you should stick to it to for at least a couple more weeks and see if you start losing. if you stick to it religiously id be very surprised if you wont lose.
also... "gamay" is a strong word.. the best you can hope for is to start losing a few pounds and if u keep it up you will lose some more. remember it took you years or even a lifetime to gain all that weight. don't expect to lose it all quick.
pares jud na ang exercise uf strict diet.. don't forget fruits too.
