I dont see anything like that here in Cebu available from Globe.
Globe does not offer Torque in Cebu, just ordinary crappy 3mbps dsl

well idk if there is any difference but i have business line at first our internet speed was at 3mb but then i called customer support if they have faster internet packages so here i got the 6mb speed for 3.3k

well all your test where from globe hosted site. Try other host like PLDT or even estern and bayan. I bet you'll get around 250 to 300 latency to yahoo or google.You say you call tech support today and get support group by the next day -- I guess your connection is new. They are great about that. In my experience whenever there's a trouble/no internet connection their numbers (211,171,173/FMCC toll and others including their Senior Account Manager) can't be reach.

We have IP VPN, Leased Line + E1 Connection to globe but still the service is the same with the broadband subscription.
