    Mga brad, share mo unsaon ninyo pagluto airline breast ninyo be..
    if grill and pan fry, unsa inyo ibutang?

    if sear nako sa pan then finish sa oven..
    then himo sauce..
    mura simple ra man gud...
    unsa kaha nindot twist ani? ug unsa nindot buhaton sa potato if potato akong starch?

    try a teryaki or miso glaze with your chicken breast. you can have a miso or dashi stock with bokchoy below your chicken. = )

    ako buhaton sa statler kay.
    stuff it with spinach and goat cheese. pan sear it a little bit and finish it in the oven.
    serve it with umm.....some roasted vegtables maybe some marble potatoes, sweet potato, squash . or cherry tomatoes and greens on the side.

    kuyawang jed oi. naa namay na hibawan nga miso glaze hehehe..

    ahahha.. nakat.on ra ni chef justin boss toni.. hehe pero mas ngilngig imo! but dont like goats cheese.. smells like goat! hahah.. boursin arang2 pa.. hehe

    ok ra ba kaha na ipares basil sa potato?
    pampagreen lang, pra lahi sad color..
    or parsley na lang?

    pwede. but personally i don't feel too confident with any root and basil together.
    you can try it. and instead of having troubles with making quenelles out of vegtables. why not use baby or new potatoes instead. don't peel cut it in half, roast or boil them first until done and saute it with a little garlic, chopped basil.
    and make the potato as a base for your plate add the chicken on top and squeeze a little bit of lemon juice maybe garnish a little basil leaf on top who knows. something of a fresh note for your chicken.

    ic.. boursin is cream cheese from cows milk man guro.. anyway.. oks lang.. wala ko gipa limpyo sa kitchen kai naka tubag ko sa iya question last time.. hehe.. nya naka fabricate pud kog fish for the whole class.. minatay pagka dako.a sa tangigue! haha.. nya murag extra duty unta pero murag gi bawi ra nya.. heheh..
