that is pretty ambitious and also challenging, raising millions. but if the idea is as good as you think, and the returns quantifiable and verifiable, you just might be lucky and istoryan will suddenly be in touch to fund it. But, that is if it is the right idea. But how would they know?

DOST kung government agency but i doubt if maka sponsor ba na sila nmo...

kay kung health the DOH can help you but not that big amount mga referals pd pwdi sila maka help
but in terms of technology wa ko kibaw.. try to take masters kay ang san carlos mo himo man ug mga studies den akong nahibaw an ang chem E and some department nila department sponsored man na ug forgein government so pwdi sila maka help to visualize your plan...
