Lost BIR registration documents. what do i do? :((

I have a small business, that i registered for BIR and business permit December last year (2010). I placed everything in a folder and found out today that i can't find it anywhere


Any advise on what i can do? Is it possible to go to BIR and tell them simply "i lost it" ?

If i do, what are the penalties and charges for that, as well as how much do i pay to get them remade?

Just don't do business without it, once masakpan ka while open imu business, daku kayug violation. Even not placing a BIR permit in the store will cost 2000-5000 pesos man guro

that's exactly my point.. since i cannot do business without it, i need to get it remade, right?

so how much will it cost for me to remake it and such? is there a penalty for losing the permit?

well, i went to school today to get it xeroxed for a business subject, and i realized along the way that it wasnt within my grasp anymore. I went around, retraced my steps and asked around, to no avail ...

Will BIR reprint another copy for me? how much do you think they'll charge, or will they charge me thousands for losing it? huhu
