Problem reading my files from my Toshiba flash disk in Windows

Hi istoryans..

I have a problem in my Toshiba flash disk.
My windows xp pc cannot detect the files, and cannot open the flash disk.
Whenever I tried openning the flash disk, theres an message saying "the drive is not formatted, do you want to format it now" (Something like that).
And then, when I tried to format it, theres an error formatting the flash disk. I cannot re-format it.

But this flash disk is working fine in my Ubuntu pc.

Na virusan na bro then everytime e insert nmo sa windows nga OS automatic na nga e trigger sa windows ang script sulod niya...para dle ma format.

Try this lang,

"the drive is not formatted, do you want to format it now"

Select lang ug NO.

Next is right click lang ang drives then select format. E select ang FAT nga format type then dali-a pag click ang format while wla pa ne execute ang virus script niya.

Kung dle gani gyud, means na unhan ka sa pag execute sa script. Maoe ne ako technique,

Repeat the steps above but ayaw e press ang format button,
Ayaw e close ang Format window pop-up, instead e set daan to FAT,
E disconnect ang flash disc, then e connect balik. Bantayi maayo mo available na gani ang flash disk drive sa My Computer dali-a dayon ug press ang Format button.

Once na format na, pwde na nmo e format balik.,now e set na ang format type to FAT32.
