PayPal: Anybody has his funds under review and not released after 24h?

Does anybody has currently funds "under review" for 24h, but the funds are stuck and not released after 24h?

in my experience, i did have less than 24 hours and had 2-3 days. Also tried 2 weeks tops.

4-6 days with my unionbank e-wallet. wala pako kasuway nakuha nako within 24h. XD

I do not mean transferring money to bank accounts.
What I mean is, when you receive money, paypal sometimes will place it under review. You will get an email saying that your transaction is under review and should be released within 24h or less.

maybe you used another PC and they flagged your account because of the IP change, sir. happened to me before. I called them through their hotline using skype for free and they fixed it right away.

Never tried it. Ours has always transitioned from "processed" to "completed." Best of luck, sir.

I meant what i said. I have sales of about 20-30k per week so its normal to see this type of transaction. Some clears in 2-3 days and some even went to a week.

Reasons - The buyer sent you payment. - some might file dispute against him or his account was under question due to fraud, IP usage not within geo location etc....

Its normal to hold the pay meant for you.

Its normal as well if you use Cart. I use 2c0 and clearing for fraud takes times even if the payment was :

paypal - shopping cart - your paypal.

Clearing is 2-3 days when its flagged as Under Review.

We (my partner and I) are developing and selling software. We both have verified business accounts.
We share since 2 years the sales, by transferring daily the shares. IP's have been always the same, and suddenly, since about 2 weeks, paypal has to put each transfer under review for unknown reason.
Additionally, they email us that it will be released within 24h. Fact is, they released the last 3 "reviews" after 5 days, and only after talking a couple of times to a paypal supervisor.
Each transfer is suddenly stuck under review. Makes no sense.
This paypal people are really *****s. They make a lot of money with fees we pay, and then start to put transactions under review.

strange indeed. I thought that it would be a new client or something specially from nigeria and kenya. I agree paypal sucks.

A transaction is held not because of the standing of your account, but its because of the transaction itself. It could be that the review team is tracing where the funds are coming from. If they came from a credit card, there is a high possibility it will take more than 24 hours. Over a week even.

You have a red flag right?
