Good upload speeds from ISP

Is there any ISP that provides more than just .5-1mbps upstream? I desperately need faster upload speeds for my video uploading and soon to come video streaming.

Apply og lease line sa PLDT or Bayantel brad.. ky sa imoha ra gyud ang bandwidth..but dapat sad for business imong video stream.. ky if sa DSL ka, shared man gud ang bandwidth anah, mao mohinay then mokusog ang speed.

It technically isn't a business so I can't apply for that bro. Looks like I will have to wait for the slow improvement of internet service.
