Im in need of a programmer to do a simple web-based program to query an access file (or any database for this matter). 3 fields to fill up (all text fields) at web, check if fields do exist at database then edit the existing fourth field if criteria are met.

what you should know:
1. i will use a windows CE 5.0-based portable data terminal, web will be accessed using internet explorer.
2. i will use IIS system, this program will only be used for max of 2weeks, then discard, so dont propose me other than wat i need.
3. i need the program in 1 day. payment will be in full after delivery.
