Am guessing you're using firefox. If yes, na-corrupt lang some firefox files. You could try to uninstall (be sure to save your passwords and other personal settings) and then re-install firefox. On another note, I've found firefox to be inefficient in managing memory so I switched to Chrome. Fast, light, and safe. This is another alternative for you. I've had no problems with plug-in responsiveness since then. Good luck!

That is a recurring problem of google chrome involving the flash shockwave plugin as well as the realplayer plugin. since last year pa na and for every update sa chrome wala gihapon na resolve nila. Chrome 16 - Constant Flash crashes? - Google Chrome Help

I suggest use another browser na lang.
