Marvel, DC or Top Cow?

Who is your favorite comic publisher and who is/are your favorite characters?

My favorite is Marvel. The characters are mostly badass and no-holds barred. The Punisher is among my favorites.

In my own opinion:

Top cow characters are too similar to DC and Marvel..... sometimes i think they lack originality. but for the characters that are very original (Spawn, Witchblade, Darkness) hands down they are very cool. the last time i read top cow, i didnt like the stories as much.

DC characters for me are far too powerful and their weaknesses are too far out or too obvious and it always circles around a characters powers. Kryptonite, yellow, fire..... etc. and the stories, though some are cool, overall are too far fetched sometimes.

Marvel characters are more balanced for me. they have powers/abilities but their weaknesses are based on human circumstances. Spidermans family relationship and life, Tony's alcoholism, mutant prejudice etc..... more readers can relate to these. the stories are also up and down, some i like some i dont.
