No Signal

This is the problem of the pc is this:

"NO Signal
Check Cable"

Situation: The CPU or System unit has power. What I mean that it is running but no display in the monitor. It only says "NO Signal Check Cable". Could it be possible that the hard drive is the cause?

Please I need your help to solve this problem.

no its not the harddrive. its either the motherboard or if you have videocard kindly reseat it.

also try to look for physical parts like niburot nga capacitor sa imong motherboard or sa imong videocard if you have one.
